Room was basic but neat and tidy. Staff were awesome! The difficulty in trying to park in front of the hotel to unload our bags and then an exorbitant $60 to park overnight however, were very disappointing. Next time I would prefer to choose a more expensive hotel, that includes parking.

The guaranteed overnight rate in the Market Place Car Park directly behind the hotel is $18 overnight when you get your ticket validated at the Front Desk. The two gentleman on the evening reception are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They know what their role is and they know what the weary travellers want. They should be the training standard for all of the accor group. These guys seriously get it. The room was also great. Bed was comfy, blackout curtains work..
